Ugh... So my stomach's almost ok-ish, but i hate that little bit of pudge (i know you see exactly what i mean). It stays there no matter what i do. It was even there when you could see my ribs. Does anyone else have that problem or know how to fix it? The rest of my body however--just ew! I hate my fat fat arms and my chubby legs... Am i making any progress? Sorry for blinding you all. Stay strong everyone. I love you!
Yeah, I have the same problem with the "pudge". It's so annoying 'cause no matter how much weight I lose, it's still gonna be there... Maybe exercising will make it disappear? :D
ReplyDeleteBy the way, you're really pretty :) And yes, you are definitely making progress.
Stay on track and it'll only get better <3
much love ♥
The little "pudge" is our fate as women. We are designed to carry extra fat right in that spot to protect our uteruses. It's programmed into our bodies to store fat there. Dammit. I think my uterus would be just fine without it... Anyway, they say diet is the best way to get rid of it, and lotsa core workouts.
ReplyDeleteAnd by the way, I see progress! Your stomach is definately flatter. I'm VERY jealous. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteI hate those pudges. I have the hipbones, I have the ribs, but that pudge is forever with me.
ReplyDeleteSTUPID PUDGE!
Your looking beautiful!Think thin.
mine does that my stomach seems to be shrinking but still this little like pocket of fat so annoying i figure that eventually it has to go so just gotta keep going
ReplyDeleteMy stomach does that. It's all a matter of muscle tone. When I had a flat stomach, I weighed around 130 to 135, but a lot of it was muscle. Now I'm at 131, and my stomach is FAAAAT, and I've got love-handles. Barf.
ReplyDeleteSome people are built heavy in the legs - I know I am. It's where I store all my fat.
You're looking awesome, though! Definatly swim-worthy! (I'm still too ashamed to take pictures, personally.)
I've been following you for quite some time now and I must admit that you have been making significant progress...Are you taking vitamins?
ReplyDeleteI get that pudge too but that happens when I don't take vitamins. You stomach swells up when you are malnutrioned.
It happens to me too. I can see bones, ribs, etc yet I get a little pudge...It goes away once I take vitamins every day
i'd say you're making progress!
ReplyDeletefor your "pudge," have you tried doing ab workouts? crunches and such? if you build muscle you won't have the flab.
Oh my god, lucky duck.
ReplyDeleteYour bra band is loose as hell! And your collarbone is beautifullll =]
You're looking great. Don't fret, darling.

Wait that's "pudge"? I've always literally thought you just had abs there! I'm no stomach genius but I think it really looks like abs; even if it's not at least no one will know heh heh. And you're definitely making progress, too!
ReplyDeletei totally have the same problem!! it s so anoying! No matter how skinny i get it s always there.. it formed when i hit puberty and it has been with me ever since. When i get really skinny everything gets really sucked in except the lovely pudge... I REALLY HATE IT. bad news: it doesn t go away.. we don t have any control to which areas we lose weight as we don t have any control to which areas we gain weight. working out doesn t help either!! if you ever get rid of it i am dying to know how.
ReplyDeleteOn a lovely note i think you look sooo good!! you re definitely making progress!!so toned and defined .. do i see some abs?? =))
(sorry for my horrible english=(
Hi!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work.
I totally have that problem! I think it takes a LOT for the tummy pudge to go away. Its sort of part of our anatomy. like how you cant get rid of the bump in your leg where your knee caps are, you know? idk.
Oh my gosh I think you have an amazing tummy!! Oh wowww seriously you're making such good progress, you should be really happy.
ReplyDeleteI have that little bit of pudge there too, I don't know how to get rid of it... I figure maybe its the last bit to go? so keep going and it will go?!?! Patience :)
love xxx
OMG! I haven't read your blog in forever and wow! Yes, you have definitely made progress :D Fabulous job darling <3
ReplyDeleteYour beautiful!! LOVE your stomach!!<3
ReplyDeleteI so know what you mean about the pudge! My ribs and hips stick out and yet I still have this stupid pudgy stomach. I dont if its the same for you but for me its genetic. :(
ReplyDeleteStay strong, starve on! xx
at least your pudge isn't in the form of a muffin to like I have :C
ReplyDeleteI'm 95 lbs and still have that damn pudge. I need to up the ab workouts
ReplyDeleteyoure so brave to post a picture. the pudge is natural. idk i actually dont mind it. like when its just a little you know? idk. my legs looked like that before my like four day fast. theyre still on the thicker side. we seriously have a similar body shape. its always easier for me to tone up my tummy than my legs.
ReplyDeletei defiantly see your progress!
ReplyDeletei wish i could post photos, but im afraid pf people figuring out who i am
Ok I don't even know if people are still on this sight...I just need people who understand and everything on this blog is exactly what goes through my mind everyday. No one else understands. I'm just so scared to tell people because I'm afraid of what they'll say. But this makes sense. You understand.
