Here We Go Again

"So you've finally come crawling back to me, have you?" Ana asked, eying me skeptically. "Fatter and more useless than ever."
She was right, i had to admit. Surely i was at my high weight. I wished i had a scale to know for sure.
"I really have nothing to say to you," she said. "After almost a full week of binging, i don't really see why i should stay with you. I'd hand you over to Mia, but she can't do anything with you either. C seems to be able to make you do what she wants though, so maybe i should just stick you with her, hmm?"
"Ana, please," i said. "I've failed you horribly, but i want to make a comeback. I want to be thin again. I want to see my ribs again. I want to do what you say again."
She snorted. "Sure you do."
"I do! I swear it!"
"You're going to have to prove it," she said. "You're going to have to listen to me exactly. No cheats. No binges. Nothing bad like that."
I nodded vigorously. "I will." Then i paused. "Do you think you can make me skinny in two weeks? I don't want Matt to see me like this... and i have two weeks to go until i see him again."
She didn't pause to think about it. "Silly girl, don't you remember that one week when you listened to me exactly and i made you see ribs in one week? Just think what we could make happen in two!"
I smiled. "Where to first?" i asked.
"The treadmill, of course."

  1. In response to your comment... i took the lyrics out of their context to put across what i'm thinking. see what happened is, i think i might have got in too deep with a friend, lead him into thinking i'm interested... and i'm not happy in this between stage of maybe yes or maybe no... but all the voices i'm hearing are saying no... except my warm, fuzzy side that is looking for affection. so yeah... i'm trying to back off and end any chances.

  2. Hey, baby doll, firstly I want to tell you that you're gorgeous and I don't really understand the hang ups that you have with your body
But I also wanted you to know that if you're on a binge-cycle you'll probably end up gaining more weight than you lose, because every time you binge you tend to gain more weight than you lost in the first place. If you lose your weight the healthy way (but restricting to 1,000-1,500 calories a day rather than however many you're doing) you'll keep the weight off a lot longer.
It's almost impossible to resist the urge to binge when you're not eating

  3. I know you can do it! You have two whole weeks, and those two weeks can produce amazing results if you stay on track. : ) Good luck dearie.
