62 - 0 - ________ - Stash $"
I raised my eyebrows, thinking it sounded rather tough and complicated, but continued to read. If there was one thing i'd learned, it was never to argue with Ana when she was on the trail of one of her new ideas. The next page was as follows
"The Stash:
*Successes
-every successful day adds $1 to the stash envelope
-every day 100 Cals under limit adds $2 to stash
*Failures
-any day 50-100 Cals over limit $0 is added to stash
-any day over 100 Cals over limit subtracts $2 from stash
*Stash monet may not be used until entire plan has been completed
The Charts:
*every day will be marked with a check for success or an x for failure on Plan chart
*measurements will be taken on days indicated with a blank on Plan chart and recorded on Measurements chart
*Pictures will be taken every 7th day and added to the Photos chart
Exercise:
*30 minutes required every day but Sundays and fast days
*Cell phone to be charged only for the amount of time exercised
Rewards:
*Every 7 successful days: allowed 1 serving of "forbidden food," not counted toward Calorie count of the day
*Every 10 successful days: allowed to buy a 4 pack of sugarfree Red Bull
*Halfway through plan: $20 to spend on anything at all
*Finish: spend stash
Rules:
1. no sugar at breakfast - that just sets up for a binge day
2. don't eat if not hungry, regardless of time of day, Calorie limit, or craving
3. don't eat unless someone will see you
4. record everything in food journal (including nibbles, negative Cals, and binges)
5. no food after 7:00 pm
6. before you eat, go through thinspo scrapbook
7. no food away from the table
Forbidden Foods:
1. peanut butter - serving size 200 Cal
2. chocolate candies - serving size 150 Cal
3. sugary cereals - serving size 160 Cal
4. beef (or other red meat) - serving size 250 Cal

I nodded. "Alright, Ana. I'll do my best."
