Advice? +Picture

So i've massively fucked up my ABC plan. Should i start over? Should i start day 3 again? Should i just count day 3 as fail and move on to day 4? What do you think? I'm leaning toward starting over because i want the whole thing to be perfect...cuz i'm a spaz like that, but i want your advice.

Here's a picture of "Shaun" and me. We take horrid pictures. Lol. And my phone is awful with quality of pictures, but i figured i'd share anyway.


  1. Wow, shaun is so cute!! You guys look great toghether! Just push on with the ABC, and if it just bothers you Wayyyy too much, then start over.

    I think you should just keep going. In all 50 days, I don't think it's going to be 100% perfect. Like sometimes things get out of your control, someone might force you to eat something and then you're just fucked even though it wasn't your fault, you know? And then days where you simply just go over your limit. I think if you mess up occasionally, you should just keep going... ooh or make it a rule where you can mess up one day, but if you mess up two consecutive days or more you have to start over? IDK. I've never made it through ABC because I'm a loser. Haha.

  5. Hmmm... I think if you count day 3 as a fail and move on, you'll have a better chance of finishing ABC. It won't help to always get stuck in the first week. After a while, you'll get into the habit of sticking to the plan. However, if you really feel that the whole thing needs to be perfect, start over and use this as a lesson for yourself.

    I'm all for moving on. start again once you're through if you want. don't start over now though. just my opinion.

  7. i would move on, just push through, and keep going :)
    also, day 4 is 400 cals, so its 100 more than day 3, so it might be easier to get back on track with more energy..

    shaun is so cute omg!! i like the two of you together ;D
