This blog is a story about me and my dear friend Ana (aka. anorexia). It's partly fiction, but almost completely true. And it's definately Pro Ana.

What can i do?
I'm going to talk to my mom about paying for me to see a doctor about my depression. I don't know why it's here, but it won't go away. I slept until 2PM today because i couldn't bear the thought of getting up. Help me....
Oh honey, I hope you're doing okay. If you ever need some one to talk to. Please please please email me. I'd love to talk and you can always email without worrying about getting caught on blogger too. =] firestarsilver@yahoo.com
Jo, I'm so sorry. This time of the year is always the hardest, the lack of light doesn't help (it is scientifically proved that depression is increased by the lack of daylight and by not spending enough time outdoor).
Make sure that you check out if there is any kind of social security that may provide for psychological help (I thought you were in the UK but I may be wrong).
Last but not least, remember you are loved by your husband and by many many other people.
I know it sounds silly, but... may strength be with you honey...

*Hugs* Being down the rabbit hole sucks balls. If you can get help, don't quit badgering the hell out of the helpers until you are on your feet again.

ReplyDeletewhen you go to doctor's, get anti-depressants.
